Damion Martin is the former Director of Platoon Operations at The Mission Continues and, through a recent merger of two best-in-class organizations, now serves as the Area Director of Operations at the Travis Manion Foundation. Damion is a retired Master Gunnery Sergeant (E9) after 28 years of service in the Marine Corps Reserve while previously serving as a managing partner of a family-owned small business with a passion for servant leadership, staff development, and community service. He resides in Hempstead, TX with his wife, Christina, and their 2 dogs, Cody and Callie.
