Before joining Combined Arms, Mia served with NextOp, where she championed career development and employment opportunities for transitioning service members, helping countless veterans translate their military experience into meaningful civilian success.

Guided by the values of leadership, resilience, and purpose, Mia continues to lead with compassion and conviction.
