Reda Hicks is an attorney and military families advocate based in Houston, Texas. She currently serves as field counsel for WM, where her portfolio includes the company's Texas and Oklahoma operations. She also serves in the leadership of VALOR, WM's military-connected employee resource group. Prior to joining WM, Reda worked as general counsel for a variety of organizations, from large maritime companies, to regional publishing houses, to small local nonprofits. Reda serves on the Advisory Council for the Texas Lyceum, on the board of the Leadership Houston Endowment, and on the board of Impact Hub Houston. 

A proud military spouse, Reda is a founding member of the Military Spouse JD Network, a former advisory board member for Military Families Advisory Network, and the inaugural Houston member of the Texas Veteran Spouse Network. She currently serves as Steering Committee Co-Chair for Fleet Week Houston.
